I was impressed by their quick response to our transmission problems, they provided a quick estimate and they kept their word regarding when the car would be ready! Their estimated costs were a bit under what they estimated. Great service! I appreciate the staff at AAMCO!
Many people at businesses offering service say, "We'll take care of you," but at Aamco in Redlands, California it's not just a figure of speech. They really do take care of their customer's needs. When my transmission in my car failed, Michael Gordon was so helpful and patient. He listened, offered advice and information about financing, and was clear about every step of the process. Both Michael and Larry, the owner, went out of their way to get me estimates when I needed them and they offered the most cost effective solutions. Every interaction was handled with good humor and kindness and their work was impeccable. I can't recommend them highly enough. Aamco in Redlands really does take care of their customers and their car repair needs and they're also just really good humans 😁
